		<description>Thank you for this post.  I have been a dog owner for many years (and many dogs).  There really is no such thing as a vicious dog.  It&#039;s the owner who trains them to be that way.  Even dangerous dog breeds can be loving with a caring owner.  People need to stop blaming the breeds and look at the owner.</description>
